Jesus was a friend of sinners. He came to, lived among and walked with the worldly and the sinner. When confronted by the religious leaders, He reminded them, “I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance” (Luke 5:32).
How about you? Do you intentionally interact with the unbeliever?
Over the next few months, we will be posting practical approaches to engage new acquaintances in conversation.
Approach #1: Religious Background
(Acts 17:22; Mrk 16:15)
Ask any of the following questions. Pray for the Holy Spirit to guide your conversation.
“Do you have some religious background?”
“Have you heard of Jesus? What do you think...?”
“He said we should share His Gospel with everyone. Do you know what it is?” Pause...“May I share...?”
