“Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they may be saved. For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge” (Rom. 10:1-2; NKJV). The apostle Paul’s words continue to ring true. Nearly two thousand years later, the vast majority of the fourteen million Jews worldwide still deny Jesus as Messiah.
New York City is home to more than two million Jews, the largest population outside of Israel. With a range from ultra-orthodox to secular, 13% of the city is Jewish.
